How important is your health to you? Would you go on a 30-day no sugar challenge? Many types of 30-day no sugar challenges exist, and most have similar guidelines. The main goal is to cut out all sources of added sugar for 30 days. Instead, you focus on consuming nutrient-dense, whole foods that don’t contain added sugars. Natural sugars, which are found in foods like vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, are OK to eat in some cases – but certainly not all! To be really strict – you need also to cut out such things as cooked carrot and sweet corn. The focus needs to be on cutting out any added sugars and choose foods with no sugar. Why would you consider going on such a diet I hear you ask? Because sometimes the consequences of not – are absolutely intolerable! So many of our chronic conditions that we have can be mitigated if not cured completely but what we eat and the quality of water we drink. I have recently realised that all waters are not equal. The benefits of restructured electrolysed water are little short of amazing! For me I am certainly up for this challenge and would welcome any input from those who have trod this path – no sugar alternatives for bread types and pasta – I already have the pasta alternative– Konjac noodles – am looking for more suggestions. #MargaretLilburne #ScienceofLongevity #Naturalhealth #chronicconditions

If you have a wide array of vegetables and quality cuts of meat, I feel this harsh elelimination for a short period may not provide the desired outcomes and could have an adverse impact. My suggestion would be to eliminate a single source of added sugar and replace with something on the opposite side of the scale. Leverage the new habit to build another change and keep going like that as the change will be more sustainable. Remember that fruits can be beneficial in building diversity in gut bacteria, long term it will provide more benefit than a quickly elimination. Focus on lifestyle and outcomes rather than tackling the negative stigma surrounding 1 ingredient.

30 day no Sugar challenge is a good idea .. I have been trying to accomplish this .. but it's hard to achieve just have to find foods that have less sugars and have natural sugar 😕.. all the best Science of Longevity
