I have recently written this opinion piece regarding the gender gap, an issue that persits in the #STEM fields - #Science, #Technology, #Engineering and #Mathematics. In short, If we want the situation to change, studies show that we need to invest in girls' early education and increase their exposure to female role models.
The Gender Gap in STEM remains a global issue, hindering progress and opportunities for women worldwide. Efforts to bridge this gap should start early with investments in childhood education and continue with ongoing support throughout women’s careers. Closing the gap in the ongoing technology transition will not only promote economic growth, but also foster innovation and societal advancement. ➡️ Article on our website: https://lnkd.in/dqZgbuPV By Asier Segura Elorza, specialist in science and innovation management at NAIDER.

The digital divide IS NOT a tech issue. It’s much more complex than that, and it impacts us all. When more people have access to digital tools, it drives innovation and strengthens economies. Playing fields are levelled giving everyone the chance to learn and succeed, no matter where they’re from. Bridging this gap helps reduce inequality and promotes inclusion, making the world a fairer place. Plus, digital access connects people to healthcare and support, especially in remote areas. A more connected world benefits us all. If you want to learn more about why it matters, connect with us - we'd love to work with you to close the gap. #endenergypoverty
