Happy Thanksgiving! As we gather today, let us reflect on the true meaning of gratitude. Thanksgiving isn't just about food or festivities—it's about pausing to recognize the blessings in our lives, no matter how small or grand. 📖 "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." - 1 Thessalonians 5:18 This verse reminds us to carry gratitude in our hearts, not just on this special day but every day. Gratitude has a powerful way of shifting our focus from what we lack to the abundance we already have. It fosters joy, deepens connections, and strengthens faith. Today, I am thankful for: The lessons I’ve learned through challenges. The people who have supported me through every season. The opportunities to grow, love, and make a difference. What are you thankful for this year? Let’s fill the comments with gratitude and inspire each other to see the beauty in our lives. Wishing you and your loved ones a blessed Thanksgiving filled with love, joy, and peace. 🙏🦃 ✝️🙏📖 If you don’t know who I am, my name is David Vogel, retired CEO turned LinkedIn influencer and Founder of the Church of Unity Society. Gratitude: A Reflection of Faith and a Way of Life 🙏💛 As we celebrate Thanksgiving, I’m reminded of what Jesus taught us: “Give thanks in all circumstances” (1 Thessalonians 5:18). These words resonate deeply with me—not as a simple reminder to be polite or optimistic, but as a powerful call to live a life rooted in gratitude, no matter the situation. Gratitude transforms not only our hearts but also our minds. It strengthens our faith, inspires love, and creates hope even in the most challenging times. When we approach life with a thankful heart, we begin to see abundance where others might see lack, and we inspire those around us to do the same. In our families, gratitude nurtures deeper relationships. In the workplace, it fosters collaboration, trust, and joy. And within ourselves, it brings peace and resilience, reminding us there’s always a reason to be thankful. [ ALWAYS!] Even if you don’t share my faith, I believe gratitude is universal—it’s a lifestyle, a daily discipline, and a way to bring light to a world that often feels dark. For me, gratitude is also a reflection of trust in God’s greater plan, knowing that by giving thanks, we open the door to blessings far beyond what we can imagine. This Thanksgiving, I’m deeply thankful for my family, faith, colleagues, and opportunities to grow and make an impact. What are you thankful for today? I’d love to hear your reflections. 💬👇 Wishing you and your loved ones a Thanksgiving filled with joy, love, and abundant gratitude. 🦃💛 #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #Faith #ThankfulHeart #Family #WorkLifeBalance #Hope

Can you believe Thanksgiving is around the corner? Before the chaos of cooking, baking, and pumpkin pie kicks in, let’s hit pause for a second and reflect. Life isn’t perfect (we all know that!), but there’s always a reason to be thankful. Gratitude has this crazy power to flip the script—from what’s wrong to what’s right, from struggles to blessings, and yes, even from stress to praise! 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says it perfectly: "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.”Even when life throws curveballs, choosing gratitude can open your heart to see God’s goodness everywhere. So here’s my challenge for you: drop one thing you’re grateful for in the comments below. Big or small, let’s celebrate it! Let’s fill this space with gratitude and inspire each other—it’s like a virtual Thanksgiving table, but with way fewer dishes to wash! Shift your focus, and I promise, you’ll feel your heart shift too. #Grateful #Thanksgiving

Gratitude is more than just saying “thank you”—it’s a heart posture of recognizing and appreciating the blessings you’ve been given, both big and small. In the dictionary, gratitude is defined as “the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.” Biblically, gratitude is rooted in our acknowledgment that every good gift comes from God, as we see in James 1:17. Gratitude shifts our focus from what you lack to the abundance you already have. It helps us see the hand of God at work in our daily lives, and from that place of thankfulness, we’re inspired to be generous with others. In this season, consider how practicing gratitude can shape your perspective and deepen your faith. #Gratitude #CoreValues #FamilyGoals

As we approach Thanksgiving, I’ve been reflecting on the power of gratitude—not just for one day or season, but as a way of life. Practicing gratitude isn’t always easy. Life’s challenges can overshadow our blessings, but I’ve found wisdom in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18: 1️⃣ Be joyful – Joy is a daily choice. 2️⃣ Pray continually – Don’t let prayer be just for struggles. Celebrate with God too. 3️⃣ Give thanks in all circumstances – Gratitude shifts our perspective, even in tough times. This week, I encourage you to pause and reflect. What are you grateful for? How can gratitude shape how you approach your work, your relationships, and your goals? Let’s finish the year strong with hearts full of thankfulness.

The Harmony in Gratitude and Belonging: A Thanksgiving Reflection Thanksgiving invites us to pause—to reflect on our blessings and to consider how gratitude connects us to something greater. Gratitude is more than a solitary act. At its essence, it is deeply relational, flowing outward to strengthen our bonds with others and the communities and systems that nurture us. It helps us honor the “Me” and embrace the “We,” creating coherence within ourselves and resonance with the world around us. Over the past few days, I've been considering the ways in which gratitude and belonging guide us toward purpose—and its ongoing journey. When we recognize our unique gifts and contributions, while also connecting with the collective wholeness we’re part of, we unlock a deeper sense of alignment and fulfillment. With this in mind, this Thanksgiving, I invite you to join me in reflecting on.... ❓ How you honor your individual blessings while contributing to the wholeness of your communities? ❓How might gratitude and belonging help you navigate the balance between “Me” and “We”? If this resonates, I invite you to join me in my exploration of gratitude and belonging here: [https://lnkd.in/eV6t3kpU] So, beginning with this Thanksgiving, let’s dare to dream of a world where gratitude shepherds our becoming—a world where “Me” and “We” co-exist in harmony. Let's treasure gratitude and honor belonging, co-creating a future for all rooted in purpose, coherence and our very humanness. #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #Belonging #Purpose #Humanness #Reflection #DareToDream

As we gather to celebrate Thanksgiving, let us reflect on the true meaning of gratitude. Gratitude is a powerful reminder that what we have is already enough. It shifts our focus from what’s missing to what’s present—love, friendships, health, and countless blessings we often take for granted. Being thankful doesn’t mean everything in life is perfect; it means choosing to see the good, even in the imperfect. It’s a decision to value the moments, people, and gifts that make life meaningful. Today, let’s pause to reflect on what we’ve been given and carry a spirit of gratitude into every season. Thankfulness turns even the smallest things into treasures, and with a grateful heart, we see just how rich we truly are. Wishing you and your family a Thanksgiving filled with peace, love, and a deep sense of gratitude. “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good and His mercy endures forever.” - Psalm 107:1
