Pause, reflect, and embrace the upcoming year with a fresh outlook! Gone are the days when we used to ask for New Year resolutions, as many of them never truly took flight. However, in my perspective, it’s always valuable to recalibrate. December serves as a time for reflection, both personally and professionally. It marks the end of the year, offering an opportunity to assess progress, celebrate accomplishments, and prepare for the year ahead. As we bid farewell to 2024, let's welcome the new year with hearts full of hope, positivity, and excitement for new beginnings and dreams! #simpleconcepts #quick6magicreminders 1. Can you believe it’s already December? One moment, we’re mapping out our big plans for the year, and the next, we’re drowning in end-of-year deadlines, wrapping up projects, and scrambling to check off everything we promised we’d get done. It’s a good time to pause and ask: ❓Am I living the kind of life I want, running my business the way that feels right for me, or building the career I dream of? Life moves so fast, doesn’t it? All the laughs, the tears, the mistakes we swore we’d never repeat (but totally did), the dreams we promised ourselves we’d chase (but didn’t) - it’s all zipped by. And those things we meant to say, do, or feel? They somehow slipped through our fingers and disappeared into someday. Now here we are, at the final stretch. December. The last month of the year. It’s the perfect time to stop and ask ourselves: 👉 Am I building something that feels meaningful, or just going through the motions without real purpose? 👉 Have I invested in becoming the person I want to be - both professionally and personally? 👉 What would it look like to step into the new year fully aligned with my values, dreams, and purpose? December’s here. Let’s finish strong - and start dreaming even bigger for the year ahead. --- I’m Vered Ohanna from Success Engineering - helping business owners and executives align their mindset, passion, strategy, and actions for long-term success. #YearEndReflection #LiveWithPurpose #MeaningfulMoments #CareerClarity #DecemberGoals

So, here we are, the end of another year sneaking up on us! A lot of us are rushing around, tackling those last-minute holiday chores and trying to crush our work goals. November 4th…… Is it really November 4th!?! How often do you hear this throughout the year, or say it yourself? It’s far too easy to get wrapped up in the day to day, and time just slips right by. I know this happens for me when I don’t set intentional goals with a plan on how to achieve them. 2024 was admittedly a tough year for me when it comes to goal setting and priority planning. There were some big wins, and also some things I’d like to take another shot at! **A Fail to Plan is a Plan to Fail** As we enter the final stretch of 2024, I’m focused on finishing this year on a high note and looking ahead to the exciting opportunities in 2025. I have a personal goal to prioritize planning—not just for myself, but for my family, my team, and everyone around me. In the past, the hustle and bustle sometimes blurred my focus, holding me and those I care about back. I have a renewed focus, and am intent that 2025 will be different. I’m committed to approaching this new year with purpose and intention, creating clear, actionable goals that will guide us all forward. This means building a roadmap that keeps priorities simple and achievable for everyone, whether it’s at home, at work, or for personal growth. When everyone has a clear path, they can see their role and their success. Whether it's my family building routines together, my team understanding their goals, or me staying aligned with my vision, 2025 will be about making every moment count. Let’s close out this year strong and step into a new one full of clarity, connection, and success!

As the year winds down, most of us focus on wrapping things up and getting ready for the holidays. But this year, I'm trying something different. Instead of just ending the year, I am using this time to prepare for the next one. The start of a new year always brings fresh energy and enthusiasm. But too often, we wait until January to figure things out, and before we know it, half the month is gone. Walking into the year with a plan for at least the first two weeks can help us make the most of that fresh energy and hit the ground running from day one. My team and I have been working on this - mapping out our priorities and setting specific goals for Week 1 and Week 2 of January. That way, on 2nd January, we are not just talking about new beginnings; we are already getting things done. This small effort can turn that burst of new-year excitement into action instead of letting it fade away. I hope this stretch before the year ends helps us make January a month of action, not just resolutions. It's an experiment, and I'm excited to see how it goes. #newyearpreparation #freshstartplanning #yearendreflection #actionoverresolutions

What’s Left to Do This Year? Let’s Finish Strong! As the year winds down, it’s the perfect time to reflect, assess, and plan ahead. December often feels like a rush to wrap up unfinished tasks, but it’s also a moment to pause and ask: What goals did I set at the beginning of the year? What’s still incomplete but achievable in the next few weeks? What can I start laying the groundwork for now that will set me up for success next year? Whether it’s tying up loose ends on a project, checking in with your team or clients, or simply organizing your workspace and thoughts, there’s still time to make 2024 count. But as we wrap up this year, let’s also remember that planning for next year starts now. Here’s how I’m approaching it: 1. Reflect: Celebrate wins (big or small), and learn from the setbacks. 2. Set Priorities: What do I want to achieve in the first quarter of 2025? 3. Strategize: Outline actionable steps to turn aspirations into reality. The end of the year isn’t just about resolutions; it’s about building momentum. Let’s finish strong and set ourselves up for an amazing year ahead! What’s one thing you’re doing to close out 2024 or prepare for 2025?
