"As long as it remains invisible, it is guaranteed to remain insoluble." - Margaret Heffernan 🌟 At Visible Network Labs, we are driven by the conviction that visibility is the precursor to transformation. In the complex webs of community and health networks, many essential connections remain unseen, and as a result, underutilized or misunderstood. Our mission is to illuminate these vital connections with our innovative tools like PARTNER CPRM, enabling organizations to see and strengthen the invisible ties that can transform outcomes. By making the invisible visible, we empower communities, health professionals, and organizations to develop solutions that were once deemed insoluble. Let's shed light on the unseen. Together, we can solve the complex challenges that impact our communities and move towards a healthier, more connected world. 🌍✨ #VisibleNetworkLabs #NetworkScience #SocialImpact #CommunityHealth

Neurodivergent people experience, interpret and interact with the world in unique ways. There is no one "right" way of thinking, learning or behaving. We want to find out more about neurodivergent people’s experiences in the workplace within our industry and hear neurotypical people’s perception and understanding of neurodiversity. We’ve partnered with IAPI - Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland to create this survey to get your valued thoughts and experiences with the aim of making our industry more accessible. Please take part in this survey by Friday 22nd March. This survey is anonymous, no email or personal identification needed. Plus, it is designed to capture the views of neurodivergent and neurotypical people so please select as appropriate at the start of the survey. Take part here: https://lnkd.in/dBAk2qww

I posted a recommendation for Lyse Edwards, as I wanted to recognise how amazing she has been to work with over the last 18 months or so and how she has a real vision for improving services for children and young people and their families. Then I asked AI to help me write about what we are up to together ... In just a few seconds, it comes back with ... "Let’s celebrate the impactful work of Gill Phillips and Lyse Edwards at Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust (MPFT), in the realm of children and young people’s health. (I don't particularly use phrases like 'in the realm of', but you can edit that! 🍋 ) 👥 Gill Phillips is the developer of 'Whose Shoes?', a remarkable co-production game. This innovative tool fosters collaboration and engagement by bringing together diverse voices to address health inequalities. Through Whose Shoes?, clinicians and young people can explore sensitive health topics, empowering them to take charge of their own well-being. Gill’s dedication to improving health outcomes is commendable. 🌈 Lyse Edwards, Head of Operations for the Children and Families Care Group at MPFT, plays a pivotal role in shaping healthcare services. Her commitment to co-producing solutions (and her love of Liberating Structures - I added that bit!) resonates with the 'Whose Shoes?' approach. By involving young people, clinicians, and the community, Lyse ensures that the voices of those directly impacted are heard and valued. 👏 Together, Gill Phillips and Lyse Edwards exemplify the spirit of collaboration, equity, and positive change. (hey, what about Yvonne Newbold MBE Rachel Crook and LOTS of others!! - I added that bit too!). Their work at MPFT is making a real difference in the lives of children and young people. Let’s celebrate their efforts! 🎉👟🌟 #MPFTWhoseShoes N.B (All the emojis - apart from the lemon 🍋 - are added by AI. No doubt the algorithm will soon pick up that I am a fan of lemons, but might not understand how I use them 😉 ) Are you using AI? 🤔 How are you finding it? 😐 https://lnkd.in/gkZaT3Cm
