The Design Experts from Pune are working with a group of enthusiastic SPMESM people on the innovative theme of *Service Design & Creative Thinking* Recently they had a special workshop for our teams on *Ideas Generation*. The trams had a good brainstorming and could come with many innovative solutions to the challenges in their fields. The non profits may get coordinators and managers but they desperately need the Change Leaders when they are up to handle the complex social issues. Thematic Training processes like *Service Design and Ideas Generation* by experts are enabling our staff to become project champions in development!
