“Dear PTCL Senior Management, I’ve been a loyal customer for years, no no decades actually, trusting your services to provide the connectivity that modern life demands. However, my experience with the broadband service leaves much to be desired. I started with an 8MB connection, downgraded to 6MB because the cable couldn’t handle it, then to 4MB. Guess what? I’m still stuck at 1MB speeds. Fiber optic? Apparently, Islamabad site does not want to ‘approved’ it, or so I’m told. I’m beginning to wonder if my requests ever leave the exchange office. Here’s the current state of my internet: 1.16MB download, 0.17MB upload. Is this the best Pakistan’s largest telecom provider can do? Frustrated and tired of excuses.” Hatem Bamatraf Nadeem Khan Shoaib Baig PTCL.Official Muhammad Shehzad Yousuf
