$$ Salary Updates $$ e2 Cyber have just reviewed and updated our salary guide. We do this every quarter as the market is dynamic and therefore we keep up to date with it! My snapshot of this topic: 🤑 The “dip” in pay is real - if your hunting for a new role, you need to be realistic and compare apples with apples, not oranges! 🤑 I believe the hardest pay bracket to find a new role in is the $180k + group 🤑 To win a role, propose a competitive rate from the start, negotiating later is becoming harder to do as you don’t even get a look if your priced out of contention. 🤑 If your hiring, some candidates can NOT reduce their income based on the current economy. If your not going to meet their ask, don’t waste their time and offer $30k less then proposed. No one wins. 🤑 Contract roles are highly competitive, rates are weighted between 20-40% under the “value for money” tab. Don’t underestimate this. Tom Bull Ben Rogalsky Matthew Kiss
