There are hardly any better ways to convey the importance of information technologies in industrial applications so clearly. Reflecting back on #TFEST24 in Berlin and skimming through the list of my notes I see that some of them are not new but still very actual, such as: 💡Strong SC = strong business [how much MORE time does a business need to get it?]; 💡 80% knowledge is "tribal" [maybe even 90%?]; 💡Making 100% knowledge mapping is not possible [my favorite ‘managing unknowns’ is still with me];  💡Sustainable supply chain starts with the board decisions [point 1 👆]; 💡To be “green” costs a lot [🤔]! 💡We are [definitely] missing marketing of supply chain… In AI era and transformation spirit we live in, the same statements are seen in a slightly different light that leaves me with an open question: so… does technology work for us or do we work for technology? ….
