Looking for leaders in making resources last and not wasting anything? It is probably fair to say that regional communities get a lot of practice. Overcoming infrastructure gaps, regulatory barriers and financial limitations may very well be in the DNA of the 40% of Australia that live outside metropolitan clusters!
