It's World Environment Day and this year's theme is Generation Restoration, focusing on growing forests, reviving water sources, and bringing back soils to restore lands for future generations. As a company committed to sustainability, we are dedicated to playing our part in maintaining and improving quality of life for future generations. One part was our tree planting earlier this year where we planted 2,500 trees to promote the biological diversity and ecological benefits of our forests. 🌳🌲 In addition to our tree planting efforts, we also offer a range of sustainable products that are biobased and can be composted. These products are designed to help promote a circular economy. By choosing products like our AIRplus® Bio Home Compostable film or PELASPAN® BIO customers can play their part in supporting Generation Restoration by simply disposing of them alongside organic waste on home compost heaps. The microculture of the compost fully converts the organic packaging into carbon dioxide, water, and biomass, thus creating nutritious soil and closing the natural cycle. 🌱

Compost - So Fantastic! Compost, the unsung hero of sustainability, is more than just decaying organic matter; it's a powerhouse of environmental benefits. From enriching soil fertility to reducing waste in landfills, its impact is profound. Composting not only diverts organic waste from trash bins and dumping sites but also promotes biodiversity and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. Its nutrient-rich end product nourishes plants, fosters healthy ecosystems, and mitigates soil erosion. Healthy soils remain the greatest carbon sinks in the world. Embracing composting at home or in communities is a small yet impactful step towards a greener future. Compost – it's truly fantastic in every way!

In addition to being an example of sustainability, Tilos inspires the world with its practices. The island has reduced 86% of its waste, preventing the emission of tons of CO₂. Even more impressive: the initiative is community-driven—every resident actively participates in the process, proving that small collective actions can make a big difference. Did you know that even organic waste is composted to fertilize local crops? A true cycle of circular economy! 🌍 Imagine if other regions adopted this model... What impact would it have on the planet? ✉DM for video credits #ZeroWasteIsland #Sustainability #RenewableEnergy #CircularEconomy #EcoFriendly

🌿 Exciting Update: Our Composting Center is Complete! 🌍 We’re thrilled to announce that the composting center we previously mentioned is now fully operational! What was once a lost space has been transformed into a hub of sustainability and innovation at Exotic Gardens. ♻️ Circular Economy in Action Our composting center is a key part of our commitment to the circular economy. We’re not just reducing waste—we’re repurposing it into something valuable. Waste is filtered and transformed into a pure bio-fertilizer, a highly efficient, all-natural liquid that nourishes the soil and promotes healthier plants. 🌱 Healthier Plants, Healthier Planet This bio-fertilizer delivers essential nutrients to crops without harmful chemicals, making our plants stronger and our farming practices smarter. by transforming waste into wealth, we not only reduce our environmental footprint but also enhance the health of our crops in a sustainable, eco-friendly way. ✨ Why We Share Good ideas should be shared. By showing how we’re implementing a circular economy, we hope to inspire others to adopt similar practices. We believe that when more companies engage in sustainability, it doesn’t take away from our success—it helps create a healthier, more sustainable business environment for everyone.

Is bamboo really sustainable❓ Yes, bamboo is sustainable in theory, provided it is grown and harvested according to best practices, and without the use of fertilizers or toxic chemicals. What makes bamboo sustainable❓ The sustainability of bamboo is determined by the fact that it grows quickly, does not need to be replanted, can absorb carbon dioxide at a faster rate than trees, and the root system helps prevent soil erosion.
