Without adequate water nothing in our bodies can function as it should. I have found that one of the first issues I have to address in individual sessions is hydration and it underlies almost all other issues! For workers, this can mean shortness of breath, fatigue, and decreased work performance. To compensate, our respiratory system kicks into high gear by breathing faster and deeper.
