I had a series of eye-opening conversations with every member of our team this week as part of my "culture tour". It's left me feeling incredibly grateful and inspired. Our team is proving that technology can actually bring out the best in people when used right. You know what struck me most? The way our folks talk about automation. It's not about replacing humans - it's about freeing us up to do what we do best: connect, create, and care. The meaningful interactions that build relationships and solve problems? That's all us. It's simple really. We're not chasing profits at the expense of people. Build trust to win out with genAI

Recently we started a conversation in post comments about authenticity in the age of AI. In one of my comments, I noted that it’s going to be dependent upon us to let people know when we're the ones responding, v. an avatar. I did a little scanning online to see what people are saying about authenticity and AI and collected a few thoughts to share here: 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. AI improves efficiency and productivity, but it’s not a replacement for our humanness.  𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 – and we need to insert as much of our experience, perspectives, and values into our communications and interactions as reasonable and possible. 𝗘𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁. I’m reminded of Ben Heller’s recent post where he was celebrating a hiccup in a show headlined by Hugh Jackman that made his experience of that “human moment” more genuine and real. 𝗕𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲. It’s going to be more important than ever to mine our own thoughts and stay close to the person we have become. 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲.
