Promoting sustainability through #arbitration? 🍀 Castrén & Snellman and Delos Dispute Resolution are hosting a joint breakfast seminar to discuss the ways in which arbitration can promote sustainability and tackle climate change. The risk of #ESG disputes is now a part of corporate reality, regardless of a company's line of business. Arbitration can play an important role in resolving such disputes internationally. The arbitration community is also becoming increasingly aware of the carbon footprint of arbitration proceedings, and several tools have been developed to make arbitration a greener practice. I was delighted to be one of the panellists at the recent ThoughtLeaders4 Disputes | TL4D ESG Litigation: The Current Climate conference.
