AI-Assisted Course Design I asked my chat GPT bot to write AI-proof assessment tasks - asking AI to avoid AI! There are two assessment elements, graded participation in discussions and a final project that is to write a 'Sustainability Strategy and Personal Vision' - based on work accumulated across the course. Are these complete AI-proof, I'm not sure, but certainly there is no fixed answer and the grading criteria (also written by the bot) includes large percentages for 'Personal vision' and 'critical thinking' - possibly harder for an AI to emulate, and on a genuine course, the tutors monitoring the students contributions in their interactions throughout the course, should have a reasonable understanding whether the final personal vision is in keeping with the students views expressed previously.
