Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in the lithium cell industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic partnerships to further our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the lithium cell industry.
· Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Business Strategy Development:
· Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, and increase market share.
· Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to drive revenue growth.
Sales and Marketing:
· Lead sales and marketing efforts to promote Neocell's lithium cell products and services to target customers and industries.
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and market awareness.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Branding and Positioning:
· Develop and execute branding strategies to position Neocell as a leading provider of innovative lithium cell solutions in the industry.
· Drive brand awareness initiatives, including social media campaigns, events, and public relations activities.
· Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives.
· Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics, track progress against targets, and identify areas for improvement.
· Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate business development strategies, progress, and results.
Skills
· Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles within similar industry.
· Strong knowledge of lithium cell technology (optional), market dynamics, and industry trends.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve targets.
· Creative problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
