It's not always easy to ask for donations. Here are 3 tips for getting fundraising right: 📌 Keep it simple. Don’t make your donors work to figure out your message. Avoid jargon, acronyms, and insider language. 📌 Focus on the impact. People want to make a difference, so explain what their donations will do. 📌 Centre the donor, not yourself. Say “you” and “your” more than you say “we,” “us,” or “our.”
