When you're house-sharing with neurodiverse people it requires some adjustments and understanding of the neurodiverse needs of your housemate. Neurodiversity includes a spectrum of neurological differences like Autism and ADHD, each with its own strengths and challenges. Mastering Time Management With ADHD Time can feel slippery when you have ADHD, but with the right strategies, you can take control of your schedule and feel more productive. 🕒 Break Tasks Into Smaller Steps: Large projects can feel overwhelming. Breaking them down into bite-sized tasks makes them more approachable. 🔔 Set Reminders: Utilize phone alarms, calendar alerts, or task management apps to keep you on track. 💡 Use the "2-Minute Rule": If something takes less than 2 minutes, do it right away. It helps reduce procrastination and clutter. 🌟 Build in Rewards: Celebrate completing tasks with small treats or breaks to keep motivation high.
