Data from our Food & Beverage Report H1 2024 reveals key shifts in delegate sizes across the UK. This graph shows how average delegate sizes in 2024 compare to previous years. Key Findings: 2024 delegate sizes are still below 2019 levels, indicating ongoing challenges in the Conference & Banqueting (C&B) sector. Although there has been a slight improvement from 2023, recovery is slow, especially for larger events. Smaller, more intimate gatherings are becoming the norm, pushing operators to rethink their C&B strategies. What’s Next?
