The service promised was crucial for her well-being. Unfortunately, Broomees has not only failed to provide the agreed-upon service but also refused to issue a refund despite their failure. This has resulted in severe inconvenience and distress.Moreover, the interactions with Broomees executives have been deeply troubling. The information provided by them has been consistently unclear, incorrect, and appears to be intentionally misleading. It seems their primary objective is to secure sales at any cost, including through misrepresentation and exploitation of customers' trust. This approach is not only unprofessional but also unethical.The experience has caused significant mental harassment, compounded by the company's apparent disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. As investors, I believe it is crucial for you to be aware of these issues, as they have serious implications for the company's reputation and long-term viability.I urge you to look into these matters urgently. Addressing these concerns is vital not only for the well-being of customers but also for safeguarding your investment.
