What would you say if you were asked ‘why do you love what you do’. For me it is simple, having impact. Making a real difference to other women’s businesses but importantly their confidence and positive effect on their lives. It is a pleasure to be able to do what I do. And I am so grateful to the ladies who trust me. And I now have my dream business. I chose who I work with. I choose when I work. I choose who I spend time with. I am thankful every day to be where I am. Which is why I want to give ‘choice’ to anyone I work directly with. But also in my wider world of influence too. I work with amazing women who are super passionate about what they do. Being able to share my knowledge, experience and expertise from a toolbox built over 30 years is fantastically rewarding. Seeing the ripple effect is incredible too. As I watch those powerful women support, inspire and cheerlead each other. What truly lights my fire is seeing the impact. Having my own successful small business gives the ability to mentor other local small business owners to do the same. Local because I only work face to face. Where the energy in the room is so much stronger and helps me be more effective as I can gauge reactions and comfort levels. And importantly make sure no one is left behind. My corporate career was my training ground to what I do today. Who knew working for over 25 years with those big brands would enable me to show other women how to achieve the income and impact they deserve. Plus a further 5 in growing a small business where I have choice.
