To accept and appreciate the wrong pronunciation / accent for the Spoken English Learners from the beginning is the right and the most effective method to teach and learn English to speak rapidly and fluently! Because the accent or right pronunciation issue of teaching or training culture in language learning is in fact the prime cause to create shyness, fear and disappointment among the learners and ultimately destroy their desire and dream to learn speak English and it also true for the learners of any other foreign languages are taught through English! Whereas the more languages a person will learn, the more that person could beyond the border without barrier! Again the more languages a person if be learnt; the more knowledge, wisdom, informative, competent and sensible / smart Leader would that person be!

//Back in 1874, Nietzsche wrote that universities must be quiet enclosures where the young, protected from the noise of the day, can become “finished, ripe and harmonious personalities”. But he perceived that the primary objective of the modern research university — which was born in Germany, and came into its own in the US at the turn of the 20th century — was social utility, not individual growth and ripeness. The young, Nietzsche lamented in his On the Advantage and Disadvantage of History for Life, were “to be trained for the purpose of the age and to lend a hand as soon as possible”. Universities still pay lip service to the goal of graduating well-formed human beings, but far too many punish independent thought and reward ideological conformity. Applicants to elite institutions, many coached by expensive consultants, have for decades been evaluated according to largely non-academic measures. This explains the decreasing percentage of Asian and Jewish students in the Ivy Leagues and other top-tier schools. If you want to be admitted to these universities, or for that matter to win a Rhodes Scholarship or any other highly prestigious award, it helps enormously to be a member of a favoured minority who can speak the language of DEI, critical race theory, intersectionality, and settler colonialism.//

In this moment, is U.S. education paving the way for fascism — or is it rising to defend democracy? Answer: 😒🙄 Listen to my conversation with the brilliant scholar Jason Stanley, sharing insights from his new book Erasing History: How Fascists Rewrite the Past to Control the Future.
In this moment, is U.S. education paving the way for fascism — or is it rising to defend democracy? In this talk, acclaimed author and Yale Professor #JasonStanley and IARA Director Professor Khalil Gibran Muhammad confronted the dual power of education: its potential for critical inquiry, versus its capacity to spread dangerous ideologies. "If you were to script background ideological conditions for fascism, this would be it," warned Stanley at the 2024 #TruthandTransformation Conference. In assessing the risk of a fascist regime in the U.S., a key trend Stanley looks for is whether university systems are being described in nationalistic terms. Muhammad raised critical questions about the actions university administrations should be taking to defend democracy, amid mounting attacks against DEI on college campuses and a pivotal U.S. presidential election. Check out the full talk via the link below. The animated conversation features the two professors exploring parallels between historical fascism in Germany in the 1930s and current political trends in the U.S., Russia, India, and Hungary. As a timely example, they explore how university administrations might — whether knowingly or not — already be anticipating a fascist regime by restricting student dissent and protest.
