Are you pouring money down the toilet? Here's how to measure the success of your employee advocacy program: 5 key metrics to show you how it's working: Think of it like a pyramid. You can't have one without the next. 1. Adoption Rate: Gauge how many employees join and stay active. It'll never work if people don't sign up. 2. Active Participation: Measure if employees are engaging, not just present. It still won't work if the people that signed up don't participate. 3. Reach: See how far your content spreads through employee networks. Are people actually seeing the content that's being distributed? 4. Engagement: Monitor interactions and discussions sparked by posts. Are people giving signals that they like the content? (Likes/Comments/Shares) 5. Referrals: Track leads and hires coming from employee posts. Don't guess. What gets measured gets improved.
