13 education experts from Lithuania representing the National Agency for Lithuania (Nacionalinė švietimo agentūra); Schools and Higher Education Institutions visited us part of a study visit to Norway in the frames of the Digital Transformation of Education (EdTech)" project.   At the core of the meeting was the introduction of EWC work in citizenship and human rights with a specific focus on digital citizenship and our digital products such as online courses and the pedagogic video game Oslo 2084. As education institutions across Europe focus on STEAM education we also encourage to consider how citizenship competences can be developed within this thematic focus so that learners can reflect critically on creation and use of new and existing technologies in the classrooms and in democratic communities

IB Onsite Workshop: Exchange of Experiential Teaching Practices II European School in Tbilisi hosted the second edition of the “IB Onsite Workshop,” bringing together educators from Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan. Organized by the Caucasus and Central Asia Association of IB World Schools (CCAAIBWS), the event provided 90-minute workshops focused on exchanging ideas, sharing expertise, and exploring innovative teaching methods to enhance critical thinking and skill development. This collaborative event was spearheaded by FRANCESCO BANCHINI, Chairman of CCAAIBWS and CEO & Director of the European Azerbaijan School; Sophio Bazadze, Head of School at the European School Tbilisi; Dr. Brice Bomo, Principal of International Programmes; and Oxana Akimova, Head of MYP. Their leadership and vision created a platform for educators to gain valuable insights, develop new strategies, and advance their professional growth, fostering a spirit of collaboration and continuous learning across the region.
