If you want to grow your business, there are only 3 levers to pull. Get more customers Increase the AOV Increase the frequency Only focus on 1 lever at a time. Set goals for your team’s activity not results. Compare your team’s activity to the revenue weekly. If the results don’t match the plan, decide if it’s an execution or tactical issue. Track activity, measure result, refine the tactics and repeat. It’s ok if your first plan doesn’t succeed. You can cross that strategy off your list and try plan B and C. Only then move to the next lever.
