Today is the International LGBT+ Pride Day! Pride month may be coming to an end, but pride season has only just begun! Let’s continue to strive for a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and welcoming space for everyone and show our support for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. What can you do to foster a Pride inclusive work environment: -Use gender-inclusive language -Establish an employee resource group for 2SLGBTQIA+ employees and allies -Incorporate personal pronouns into email signatures -Educate and raise awareness by hosting an inclusion workshop -Organise or participate in Pride events -Show visible support by wearing and displaying Pride -Create inclusive policies: Annually review company policies and seek feedback from 2SLGBTQIA+ employees. (E.g.
