I always turn up well prepared for such moments Here I was in my berms, tee and cap doing a tech check and rehearsal for a keynote to 500 bankers. Every stage time is a team production involving camera, sound, lighting, staging crew, floor manager, emcee etc. The truth is no one on stage is a superstar (yes, not even the speaker). Each of us are serving in our own positions to deliver the best experience for the audience. The objective is to make each audience inspired to be a superstar in their life, work and business.
