Last week we launched our first Adaptive Schools conference in Madrid, bringing together 26 educators from different schools and regions to participate in a variety of activities facilitated by Ochan Kusuam-Powel. The conference followed initiatives encompassing modern pedagogical theories, emphasising collaborative learning and adaptive leadership techniques, designed to prepare participants for future leadership roles within our schools. During the ongoing specialized training of Officials from Community Driven Development Committees (CDDCs) across 30 wards on good Governance and leadership skills, trainees have expressed their satisfaction, belief and commitment to servant leadership as they pedal towards implementation of Navcdp SIAYA. Project. Speaking at the event, Claudia Warinda, Secretary of the East Asembo CDDC, highlighted the importance of equipping leaders with the right tools and mindset. “This training is a game changer.
