Our latest #WIN4SMES project workshop connected with the first Train the Trainer event took place end of October in Vilnius, Lithuania. A big thank you to our hosts (Verslo ir svetingumo profesinės karjeros centras and Mykolas Romeris University) "COVEs are formed by networks of partners that develop local "skills ecosystems" to provide high quality vocational skills to young people and adults, and contribute to regional development, innovation, industrial clusters, smart specialisation strategies and social inclusion." (EC) During our time together we focused on further forming these networks of partners within our regional CoVEs, next steps within our Workplace Innovation Best Practice collection activities, as well as on a Train the Trainer for personnel and center management.
