Still very much energized from Money20/20 Europe last week. What a conference! Thanks to J.P. Morgan for inviting Alexandra Rivas-Gale from ClearBank, Esther Groen from European Women Payments Network (EWPN) and myself to share our thoughts about 'Females in Fintech' with a diverse room of industry leaders. We were asked about some of the biggest challenges for women in fintech. Having been an entrepreneur for the last couple of years, and observing what it takes to grow a company, I spoke about the need for more #venturecapital available for and accessible to women-founded businesses. There are so many amazing businesses out there (I am happy to connect you with some if interest) that have the metrics, the product market fit, and are ready to scale - just need the support system required to do so.
