What is my "50% Bolder" rule? When I work with founders and executives about building their business strategies, product roadmaps, and even their funding efforts, I try to push them to be bolder. I use this simple "50% Bolder" rule. You want to launch the product in 6 months. How can you launch it in 3? I want to raise capital but I think it will take me 12 months. How can you raise in 6 months? You want to scale to 3 countries this year? How can you scale to 6 countries in this year?
