🥕🥕 Be a positive Carrot... 🥕🥕 How can a little trinket make such an impact to a person? By the power of recognition that's how. Being gifted this a while back by one of Paragon Skills very own Ops Directors Janet Owens is still a highlight of my professional career. Having senior colleagues go out of their way to recognise positivity across their direct reports and wider colleagues is such an inspirational way to engage and motivate people to continue to go above and beyond. Especially during periods of significant growth. Since getting my positive carrot it sits nicely on my desk and I often reflect on my day and what has happened that I can feel positive about, or how I have been a positive carrot. Todays thoughts from a positive carrot… 🥕 I am so proud when I think of the development of Adam Blake and how he is successfully delivering results, creating engaging social media content and stepping out of his comfort zone to deliver a company wide job role session! Playing a small part in his success makes me feel positive daily. 🥕 Chloe Gilgrist is proving to be a sensational appointment, already getting stuck into the role and supporting with some significant growth for our Development Coaches, the impact you’re having after only 6 weeks is incredible. I am positive you’ll continue to do great things! 🥕I am positive and engergised about the roles we work on, as working across both Paragon Skills and Tempdent keeps everything exciting and fresh. Each day comes with new opportunities and the chance to speak to so many great candidates. 🥕 Finally, after speaking with our newly joined colleagues, it has been heart warming to hear how much they are enjoying their experience so far, and how myself and the team have made that a possibility for them by bringing them onboard this journey.
