Charity Football Match To rally around those affected and provide much-needed assistance, we are organising a charity football tournament, at Marine Football Club on the 17th August 2024. This event will bring together teams from across the region in a show of unity and support. Football is more than just a game; it's a symbol of teamwork, resilience, and community spirit – exactly what Southport needs right now. Every donation made to this page will go directly to the victims and survivors of the Southport mass stabbing. How You Can Help: Donate: No amount is too small. Every contribution brings us closer to our goal of helping those in need. Play: You can enter a team into the tournament at just £10 per player (minimum 7, maximum 10). It will be a fun, friendly way to come together and raise money. Spread the Word: Share our JustGiving page with friends, family, and on social media to raise awareness. Join Us: If you're local, come and support the tournament. Your presence will mean the world to those affected. https://lnkd.in/gpN-nCcT

Building strong foundations. Being registered with the "funding regulators" is a step in the right direction as we aim to align with national pathways in society, so we can better meet their needs and serve the communities we work with. That said, we have a comprehensive set of policies in place, which allows others to collaborate with us more easily. This is very important, especially since we have limited resources. Having partnerships, collaborations, and grant funding enables all organizations to leverage these arrangements. For London Basketball Association this means we can more effectively hit our charitable objectives. #FundingRegulated #NonprofitOrganization #CharitableObjectives #CommunityImpactThat #Partnerships #Collaboration #GrantFunding #LeverageResources #ImpactfulCollaboration

Hi Network! So as you may or may not know, I coach American Football for the Great Britain National Team! British American Football Association We have a home game in October against Germany, and it requires a great deal of funds. Around £15,000 as a baseline. So the team has set up a kickstarter to help alleviate some of these costs for the players and to help fund the game. We must reach £7,500 otherwise we lose all the money. Any donation large or small would be incredibly helpful. Not only would it be helpful, but because it’s a kickstarter, you get things in return depending on how much you donate. Each player is aiming to raise at least £70 each, so anything that helps me towards that total is appreciated. Here is the link to donate, if you need help, or have any questions, let me know: https://lnkd.in/ezQez89i

Do you make gift aid charitable donations and pay higher rates of tax? If so, it is worth remembering that any donations made before 5 April will see you receive the benefit much sooner than ones made just after. So if you have someone that you've been meaning to sponsor, if you do this before 5 April you will see a reduction in your tax bill in January 2025, whereas if you make this payment on 6 April you won't see the benefit until January 2026. https://buff.ly/2MRNGo0 #SelfAssessment #Donations

39 children lost their lives in drowning-related incidents last year. That is 39 too many. We know learning to swim saves lives, yet thousands of WA children miss out each year leaving them at risk of drowning. You can help stop this. Royal Life Saving WA is raising money for their Swim and Survive Fund, which helps provide swimming lessons to children who are missing out. If you're in a position to do so, you can help by making a tax-deductible donation to the Fund: https://lnkd.in/ddu9ncuR #swimandsurvivefund #swimandsurvive #lifesavingwa
