It has been a very busy end to the year with a number of new clients including Southwark Council, Karbon Homes, Stockport Homes, Trinity Housing Association, WGH Halberstadt, Wohnbau Prenzlau and Frank joining the Plentific World of Now and existing clients looking to scale their operational efficiencies. Our work with Anchor is now also ready to launch after great work by all parties involved to integrate all systems, work with service providers and train all relevant employees to completely transform Anchors repairs and planned works approach. The new contractors will be working alongside Anchor with the Plentific platform serving as the central hub for Anchor’s work orders, integrating seamlessly with Anchor’s third-party housing management, contractors and accounting software. With 200,000 works orders placed each year across the country, and at a time of increasing consumer and safety regulation and a stretched workforce in the repairs and maintenance industry, the new approach will make things easier for Anchor colleagues and improve reliability and response for residents. 2025 we are expecting to be even busier with processes being more streamlined using automations, AI agents creating significant efficiencies making organisations faster, smarter, and more cost-efficient.
