I still need to optimise the chat bots as there are two types. The one connected through API to ChatGPT AI I still have to make it respond better. An amazing ecosystem with the ZoHo ONE. There are many things to improve, but the solution works and it is excellent for real. I have just implemented the multichannel and WhatsApp. Basically it is a uniform and unified response system on the messages on Facebook, Instagram, twitter, WhatsApp and the website. Excellent customer engagement ecosystem. The automation and the mobile app interaction and alerting in realtime as an inbound call is amazing. There are multiple apps that work in sync with ZoHo desk ticketing and email alerting of the entire case. I use It in conjunction with the direct customer engagement of ZoHo Social Inbox and Wix platform inbox. It works in parallel and can be used differently on the different use case, but it is Realtime.
