3 sites with detailed consent exchanged in just one week, delivering 134 homes (45 affordable) and £70m GDV

We are proud to announce we have exchanged on 3 new sites - Sayers Common, Broadstairs and Ashington – which will deliver 134 quality new Elivia homes

Ashington, West Sussex

This flagship Southern development sits within Ashington Village, previous winner of two regional categories in the Calor Village of the Year competition. The site will accommodate 74 x two, three, and four-bedroom homes, 35% of which will be affordable.

Homes will be designed in keeping with the local area using tile hanging, weatherboarding, brick and flint elevations. Constructed sustainably using timber modern methods of construction, each home will also be installed with electric vehicle chargers and air source heat pumps. 🌏

Sayers Common, Sussex

Working in partnership with Reside Developments we have exchanged on the consented site for 36 two to four-bedroom homes, 12 of which will be affordable or First Homes. Located just 2 miles from Hurstpierpoint, future homeowners will enjoy access to 13 National Trust properties and the coast within 30 minutes.

Designed sensitively, homes will reflect the Sussex vernacular of tile hanging, weather boarding and multi stock bricks, and will feature open green spaces to make the most of the location’s unique variety of wildflowers. 🌳

With sustainability in mind, homes will be constructed using timber frames and feature air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points.

Broadstairs, Kent

We have secured this exceptionally picturesque site with consent for 24 sea view homes, 7 of which will be affordable.

Upon visiting this area, there is no doubt why Broadstairs is fondly known as the ‘Jewel in Thanet’s crown’. 👑 The site occupies a unique position on a hilltop, a mere mile from the town centre and a 15-minute walk from Joss Bay, allowing future homeowners uninterrupted views over the Channel and Kent coastline.

Here, all homes will be fully-electric, with air source heat pumps or electric boilers, and electric vehicle charging points.

If you are a high performing supplier or subcontractor and are interested in partnering with us on any of these projects, please reach out to our regional teams.

Keep an eye out for further updates as work progresses! 🏡🧱

Congratulations Elivia team, It would be great to have the opportunity to help you with the Broadstairs carpentry package.
