We have just marked the first anniversary of Elivia’s acquisition of Millwood Designer Homes! 🕯️

The acquisition saw us expand further across the South East into Kent, East Sussex, and Essex, allowing us to offer our quality design-led homes to a broader range of customers.

With a strong heritage, rooted in over 30 years of delivering quality homes, and a team which prided itself on Gold-standard customer service, there was a great cultural fit from the start. This made rebranding of the business in November to Elivia Homes Eastern a smooth evolution. 🙌🏽

The sales team headed up by Philip Brown are expecting to complete sales this summer at flagship sites, Lanthorne Place and Lillybank, which consist of over 100 homes, built using sustainably sourced timber frames. At Lanthorne Place, the Ashton also picked up ‘Best Family Home up to £750,000’, at the prestigious The London Standard New Homes Awards! 🏆 🌎

The team will have a busy year ahead, with sales progressing across a further x6 sites comprising c.100 homes. These developments will provide homes in line with the Elivia brand proposition - design-led, quality-built and environmentally conscious homes in the most sought-after locations, enabling individuals and families to thrive.

During 2024, we are also commencing construction of 24 family homes with idyllic sea views, at Broadstairs. The homes will offer state-of-the-art amenities, providing our customers with a fully electric and sustainable living experience. 👨👩👧

We also plan to commence construction on several further developments within the region’s pipeline of over 40 sites, which will contribute over 1,500 homes. 👷🏿
