6 Easy Tips to Get Ready for Your Headshot Session

So, you've decided to level up your LinkedIn game with a new headshot.

That's awesome!

Having a professional headshot on LinkedIn and/or your company's website can really make your profile stand out when you come up for managers and clients in search results.

As a photographer who has snapped countless portrait photos, I'm here to guide you through the whole process, making it as fun and easy as possible. Here's my insider guide on getting prepped for your headshot session:

1. Dress to Impress (But Still Be You)

First off, choose outfits that make you feel like a boss, but still reflect who you are. Stick to solid colors, preferably ones that make your eyes pop. And bring a few options to the shoot – it's always nice to have choices!

5. What's Your Story?

Think about what message you want your headshot to send. Are you all about creativity? Or do you want to show off your serious side? Knowing your goal can help guide the direction of the shoot. Remember, this is all about showcasing you and most important thing is to feel comfortable and authentic in front of the camera.
