It all starts right now

Taking from one of my articles that i wrote year ago and i use every day :

• Do not defend (you are not in a fight instead open your arms and embrace the changes).
• Do not hide (you are stopping yourself from learning more).
• Do not protect (you are consuming a lot of brain’s and spiritual energy by protecting).
• Do not prove (you are where you are because you can bring value. Do not try to show that you are the best but make one with your environment).

You consume all your energies (spiritual and mental) every day by doing those 4 actions. When you stop doing those things now you are in creation mode because your brain and spirit are free to think about new solutions to solve problems.

When you stop doing those, now you can choose who you want to be.

Being a leader is a day to day work and a continuous improvement.
