🟢 Ourofino Saúde Animal reported results for the third quarter of 2022. Sales were R$280.7 million ($53.3 million), a year-over-year increase of 20%. Net income was R$44.8 million ($8.5 million), up 29% from 3Q 2021. (Simplywall.st).

🟢 Sindan Comunicação announced a pioneering reverse logistics initiative for veterinary drugs. 🟢 Instituto Pet Brasil revised forecast shows that the brazilian pet market should land 2022 at R$ 59.9Bn (around $11.3Bn), almost +16% vs 2021. Pet retail growth projection in 2022 increases for the third consecutive quarter, reaching a new record for the sector. It will grow 15.8% in 2022, reaching R$59.9 billion. 🟢 MSD Saúde Animal do Brasil wins awards in global contest. Animal welfare projects were recognized among other initiatives in the production chain. This month, MSD Saúde Animal's production animal units in Brazil were awarded in a competition held globally by the company and which evaluates innovative and transforming projects in animal welfare. The Animal Welfare Challenge 2022 featured more than 20 projects from all MSD locations, selecting initiatives in three categories: Species (projects with only one species); Function (projects that evaluated and involved functions of products and strategies); and Multispecies (with more than one species worked on).
