Animal Welfare movement in India

Animal Welfare Board of India, responsible to minimize the stress, pain & injury to the animals kingdom as mandate with motive Why unnecessary pain & sufferings to the animals, promoting co-existence all together with human beings because animals are the principal residents on this planet & human beings promoted among animals, developing wisdom.

The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 needs immediate attention as Rules made here under required to be place before both Houses of Indian Parliament, after adopting legislative mechanism, Rule became law as per section 38-A of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 but AWBI refused to have any materials, related to legislative practices. Abhishek Kadyan with Mrs. Suman Kadyan & Mrs. Sukanya Berwal, both leading animal rights activist applied their mind to find methods of co-existence.

AWBI contribution to follow NGO's instead to lead them as leader, continuous asking introduction of animal abuser registry to identify the second offense against animals but persons holding berths in AWBI never performed, preparing registry, even prototype of vehicles to carry animals as per specification of Bureau of Indian Standards not discovered.

India don't have surplus census of animals as rich species, whereas preparations of People's Biodiversity Registers with proper functioning of Biodiversity Management Committee's are mandatory as per Biological Diversity Act, 2002 but no co-ordination among National Biodiversity Authority with AWBI, even NBA utilizing the premises of AWBI at Chennai.

AWBI needs visionary Chairman to lead ............. amending section 31 of the PCA Act, 1960 as Code of Criminal Procedures, 1898 repealed, enforcing CrPC 1973.
