What's been happening at Bigger Brighter Bolder?
What a great month we’ve had at BBB. This month we:
🎯Hosted our Q4 Board Meetings. This gave us time to evaluate our activities for the past quarter and look at what we need to be doing more of and what needs to be tweaked in order for us to achieve the 2023 goals we set ourselves at the beginning of the year.
🤩 Began a 28-Day Sales Challenge to dust away the cobwebs. The whole club coming together for the last sales challenge of 2023! Getting into the sales first mindset and doubling down on what is working, so that at Christmas we can confidently down our tools knowing that we couldn’t have done any more.
🎄Started planning our BBB Christmas Party! We will be celebrating the amazing achievements of the BBB Success Groups members. This is one of my favourite days of the whole year, and I can’t wait!
😀 Began working on some fantastic case studies. Keep your eyes peeled for those, coming soon!
🥹 Got some gorgeous feedback from our members, who have had incredible achievements this month: who’ve had the best ever months; new hirers; several members winning excellent new clients; an impressive business evolution… to name just a few.
❤️ Had a couple of fabulous weekends spending time with friends and family.
Why did you set up your business? 🧐
I’ve found that the reasons for running a business are as varied as the businesses themselves.
It might be for freedom, to be your own boss, to help others, support your family (and spend more time with them), to make a difference, or because you wanted to take a leap of faith and build a great legacy.
For me, I started this business to help ambitious, service-based business owners get the turnover, recognition and lifestyle they deserve.
All the challenges, heartfelt phone calls and emergencies are worth it every time I see a member surpass their goals and expectations. Every single time someone grows in confidence and gets that sale they didn’t think possible.
What service-based businesses need to deal with today is a world of difference to five or even three years ago. And I am so proud of each and every member of BBB.
They are all my “why”.
You see, knowing your “why” is powerful motivation when you’re feeling that “I should just go get a job” moment.
So let me know: what’s your why?
Running a business is not easy
It takes courage, passion and resilience to overcome the challenges that are standing in your way.
This is why it’s essential that business owners have high self-esteem.
Just because you’re running a 6-figure business, does not mean you have all your shit together! Trust me, I know...
Building self-esteem is a game-changer for business owners. It means you have the confidence to charge more, put in better boundaries and build the kind of business that’s right for you.
In fact, it’s not just about business. All aspects of our life can benefit from high self-esteem.
If you’d like to give your self-esteem a boost, take the 28-Day Self-Esteem Reboot Challenge.
In the space of a month, you’ll unlock more of your potential and see a real change in how you run your business.
I know this is true because it’s worked for me and hundreds of our members.
They’ve experienced life-changing impact from only 28 days of work.
Are you ready to change your business?

Stop hiding behind emails
I know it's easy to think: “I’ll ping them a quick email.” But you should be picking up the phone.
If you're anything like me, you'll have an inbox stuffed with people trying to sell you something, but when you pick up the phone you get:
📞 A quicker response (and often better)
📞 To avoid any confusion
📞 To put the pitch in your tone of voice
📞 The opportunity to answer any questions
📞 The chance to deal with any objections
It’s always easier to pick up the phone and have a conversation.
Plus, your prospect will appreciate the time you’ve put into that call instead of sending another email.
Matt Rose Case Study
From closing to £1M?! 🤯
Recommended by LinkedIn
This is Matt Rose.
He's recently joined our Scale Group, and my word, what a journey he's been on. In his own words, “It's like night and day!” So inspirational we've already covered his journey so far in a case study.
In just 4 months, since joining BBB, Matt's completely turned things around. He's gone from preparing to shut the doors on his company to staring down the barrel of a £1million business!
I absolutely urge you to read it.
If you're running a 6-figure business and want to take your business to the next level like Matt, attend our Scale Discovery Day on the 22nd November.
Be honest: do you know what the gaps are in your game?
When you’re busy running your business, it can be hard to notice the gaps in it. I guess that’s why they’re called blind spots. 🤷🏼♀️
Sometimes you need to take a step back and look at it from a different point of view.
We designed this for our under £100k business owners but it’s worth doing if you’re at 6-figures, because we both know you don’t have everything nailed. 😊
I’ll be interested to see how you get on...
