In 2022, the creative and developmental power of each individual must be expressed.

Words are just words until we really touch them ourselves, and apply them to ourselves. There are so many beautiful words like these two - creativity and development. Our overuse of these words has not helped us pay more attention to these critical areas. In 2022 we must revive them while actually realizing them, because this is the only way we'll be able to get closer to these critical elements for human growth, and understand them more. The whole point of everything we're going through is to learn how to use the forces that exist in us and between us, in order to reach new successes.

The whole point of everything we're going through is to learn how to use the forces that exist in us and between us, in order to reach new successes.

At the base of all human beings there is a private point that is only the individual's, and it is only expressed in a special way through that person - there is no one like him/her in the whole world, which makes each of us extra special. That same point is essentially a potential force, with its stimulus and most of its development depending on the environment.

That same point is essentially a potential force, with its stimulus and most of its development depending on the environment.

In every organization there are various professionals, each one sitting at his/her desk, his computer, etc. or working from home. These are usually very high-quality professionals, so high-quality that they themselves don't realize it, and honestly - why should they know?

On the other hand, let's take a scenario from 2022, where those 2-3 or 10 employees who are responsible for a joint project, will really start working really together - what does that mean?

This means that we eliminate all personal agendas and calculations that exist between us, and begin to measure ourselves against the success of the organization. And the organization will measure the success of the project, not through the names of people who participated in the preparation and implementation of the project, but by how successful they were - they will be measured as a group. Who will obligate them to think this way? The desire to succeed, the general success of the whole organization that includes all its parts. We eliminated the competition of people wanting to stand out in the organization, and transitioned all that energy to the general success.

We eliminated the competition of people wanting to stand out in the organization, and transitioned all that energy to the general success.

Within the overall effort to achieve the success that will characterize each work group, there are individual points. The superior group dynamics applied nurture each and every member of the group, and enable existing traits to come to light. This is the power of the environment - it is called inclusion. Only that it is not inclusion based on statistics and skin color, but rather of emotion and reason. All the things we don't necessarily see with our eyes unless we're really looking hard. The results are far-reaching and cannot be calculated in advance because we are talking about powerful human experiences, where people experience heightened human emotions for the first time in their life.

This is the power of the environment - it is called inclusion.

Did I forget that we're talking about business organizations? Not at all.

Their development in the new conditions expands their perspective. Employees begin to feel the environment, who they provide their product / service to, who they receive the materials and equipment they need from, etc. It can be in any kind of organization - an insurance company or some manufacturing plant, it doesn't matter. As they become integral, and mutually perceptive, they develop a sensitivity to their environment, begin feeling who they are interacting with, and begin to have new ideas, both in inner circles and in outer circles.

The time has come to allow the creative power that exists in all of us naturally be the driving force of our development instead of the narrow ego.

The company begins to rise to another level of readiness for future development, and begins to be an organization where everyone actively participates in its development, and in its reorganization. So each and every individual starts to be an equal partner, each in his/her own area of expertise, because everyone has their own spot and no one can replace them there. It is impossible because we are all unique.

Is there anyone who doesn't want to succeed? Of course not. So we should change the atmosphere, because if the organization succeeds in this way, each individual will also be successful - we already have this common goal. The time has come to allow the creative power that exists in all of us naturally be the driving force of our development instead of the narrow ego.

Inclusion creates alignment, and alignment lowers amazing success for teams and companies. Looking forward to more ‘real inclusion’ in the world of work.
