A Billion Reasons Why the IGF Matters

The Internet Governance Forum (IGF) is a critical platform that provides a discussion space for all stakeholders invested in Internet governance proceedings to discuss Internet-related topics and policy on equal footing. If the next billion Internet users are to be included in the discussions that will intrinsically shape how they use such technology, the IGF mandate must be extended and provided secure, sustainable funding.
