Celebrating Real Community: A Recognition of CXR's Most Engaged Members of 2023

As we bid farewell to 2023 and eagerly anticipate the wonders that 2024 will bring, it's a time of reflection and celebration at CareerXroads . Among our vibrant community of 4,500 members and alumni, there are shining stars whose dedication and involvement have not only elevated our network but also set an inspiring example for us all. So, it's at this time each year that I pause to appreciate the tapestry of our community - a community that is more than a Slack channel, more than a mailing list, and transcends the occasional local happy hour. It's a living, breathing network where every interaction creates a sense of belonging and where members are committed to the success of each other as well as the lifting up of their profession collectively.

A Salute to Our Engaged Members

At CXR, we recognize engagement in multifaceted ways. It's not just about showing up; it's about making a difference, whether through our interactive online forums, dynamic in-person meetings, or vibrant networking events. Our top members have been instrumental in our community advisory projects, sharing their wisdom in our mentoring programs, and generously contributing their time to various volunteer initiatives. Their commitment embodies the spirit of CareerXroads.

2023's Top Five Community Champions

Please take a moment to congratulate, Lori Chartrand, CDR , Blake Green , Maury Hanigan , Hatch Reppard , and Melissa Thompson . It's been both a challenging and rewarding year for TA professionals everywhere and I'm excited to extend heart-felt appreciation for the investment these members have shown within our community.

CXR's Community Leaders for 2023

A Community United

While we spotlight these five outstanding individuals, we don't forget the thousands of members who contribute daily to the success and upliftment of our industry. Each one of them is a vital part of the CXR family, and their collective efforts continue to make our community a beacon of excellence and collaboration.

An Invitation to Belong

To our celebrated members, your contributions have set a benchmark for what it means to be actively involved. You've shown us that real engagement is about making a tangible impact, fostering growth, and building lasting relationships. And to those who are yet to dive deep into the CXR experience, let this be your invitation. There's a place for you here, a space to connect, grow, and thrive. You're not just joining a community; you're becoming part of a family that supports and uplifts each other.

Looking Forward with Anticipation

As we stand on the brink of 2024, we're filled with gratitude for all of our engaged members and hopeful for the future. The CXR community is more than just a professional network; it's a home. A home we're continually building together, where every member's contribution is valued and celebrated. Here's to a community that's growing, evolving, and always welcoming. Wishing everyone a safe, happy holiday season, and an exhilarating 2024 ahead. We can't wait to see what we'll achieve together.

At the end of 2023 I tried very hard to disconnect and recharge, so I'm just seeing this now and it's an awesome way to kickoff 2024. CXR and this community have not only been impactful in my development, but they've helped me return value to our broader TA community and the companies and teams I've supported. I can't thank you enough. Looking forward to many more years of engaging and learning from our community!
