Supreme Court explained that the first judgment about criminal liability in a Company
- Supreme court are based on “Circular de la Fiscalía General del Estado 1/2016, de 22 de Enero”.
- In case of criminal liability by Company, this means concretely the following:
- The person in question (inside our companies, there are workers, executives, Enterprise administrators, etc.) has committed an offence
- In our companies is necessary to introduce appropriate and effective prevention instruments, if there are insufficient we breached our agreements and obligations with Compliance policy concretely with our responsibilities of supervision and control of the management and workers behavior.
