In response to our invitation for participation in quiz competition we did not get any answer sheet successfully providing logical correct answers . It amply justifies our claims and contentions that no dairy plant in India has any instrument or technology to find out true net worth of raw mixed milk based on exact % C.M, B.M. and added water being received in road milk tankers at our dairy plants. Our mission associates in Canada/U.S.A. have successfully developed digital software solution to analyse net true worth of raw mixed milk containing cow milk, buffalo milk and added water( assuming no adulteration except added water) used by manipulators in milk procurement value chain to modify natural S.N.F: Fat ratio in milk purchase transaction records for converting added water as additional cow milk and causing abnormally high hidden loss that remains undetected with conventional software and milk billing system being used by one and all in India and south Asian countries having cows and buffaloes as dairy animals and purchasing raw mixed milk for dairy plants.

Our NRI Mission is organising "MILKI QUIZ" competition with the intent to inspire and encourage dairy experts managing finance department of dairy plants ( preparing milk bills and releasing milk payments to milk producers/suppliers with 60:40 two axis formulae for purchasing buffalo milk and unpatented empirical formulae for purchasing cow milk. We must procure only 100% pure milk strictly conforming to international quality standards relating to purity of contents to become globally competitive and confidently face emerging cutthroat global competition and upgrade performance of our dairy plants as globally competitive dairy business institutions.

As per 60:40 two axis formulae standard whole B.M. rate would be Rs 52.00/Kg For 100 Kg. raw milk containing 6.50% fat,8.84% S.N.F., 15.34% T.S. ( 29 C.L.R.) Fat Rate Rs.(52.00x0.6)//6.50x 100=Rs480/Kg Fat S.N.F.

Rate=Rs (52x0.40)/8.84x 100=235.29411/Kg. S.N.F.

Total milk solids rate Rs./Kg.= (Rs 52/15.34)=Rs..3.3898305

The only figure in milk purchase transaction data mentioned above that can reliably be assumed as correct is milk payment of Rs 5200 for 100 Kg. B.M.
