We don’t record these sessions, so make sure you set time aside on June 5 at noon Eastern. We’d love to see you there!
This month on the blog, there is a third and final (for now at least) instalment on decision-making. This month the focus is on frameworks for decision-making. Whether you consult an expert, use a ranking system or prepare a business case, all these techniques help to facilitate better decisions.
Of course, all this is made better by having a great post-mortem system as well. Evaluating what went well and what would have been better if something had been different are important to close off and review how things went. Reach out if you need help with this, I’m happy to share my process.
Keep following along here on LinkedIn and if you feel led, join my email list here.
I hope that you’ll consider planning for your mid-year review.
Here’s to dreaming big.
