Dropout . Goal . Doubt and Self-Confidence

Dropout . Goal . Doubt and Self-Confidence

Hello,

I officially announce that I abandoned the Founder Institute or "Dropout" as they say.

I want to thank all those who encouraged me and took the time to share their opinions during this adventure. It is my last email regarding this session.

It's nobody's fault but mine if it did not work.

I do not know what your personal experience with the word "abandoned” is but for my part, I found it difficult to click the "Drop Out” button. I know exactly why I took this decision, and I'm sure I made the right thing for the right reasons. But ... I discovered that "what others will think" can weigh heavily in our decision if we let it enter into our thinking process. Never leave this phrase influence you because you know it's only a matter of appearance and it has no depth. What is important is what YOU think of yourself.

There is a fine line between doubt and self-confidence in my opinion. Being able to master the good balance between those two is vital because you must let just enough doubt to keep an open mind and not rush headlong into a wall, but not too much so as not to undermine the confidence to achieve your goal. I found it particularly challenging. I have to work personally on this balance because I have certainly not been able to reach it. If you have tips or advice, I strongly urge you to share them.

I also found it easy to lose sight of his goal. I suggest you write your own on a sheet of paper and read it every morning and every evening. Write something like:

( Goal to achieve ) + ( Why you want to achieve it ) + ( How do you plan to achieve it )

You can write more than one goal if desired. The "Why” it is to help your subconscious to manage priorities. The “How" should change based on the experience you gain as and as you progress toward your goal while the “Goal" should suffer only slight alteration in time.

"Time" is another factor to consider, and it is different for each of us, but you still need to perform validation. If you realize you have not made progress in one of your goals, you must revalidate your "Why" and your "How." Perhaps the goal in itself. The secret is that you need, to be honest with yourself.

Life takes us in a whirlwind. It is easy to lose sight of our objectives and / or be distracted for right or bad reasons. Take the time to become aware of your goals, be honest with yourself and "Just do it".

Again, thank you for your time.

As a "drop out" from the first FI cohort myself, I can say that taking that "break" between 2 sessions really helped me prioritize the things I wanted to do with NUKERN INC. The second time around, I was able to aim high and hit the target with all that experience from my first run. It's all about what you learn from your decisions and how you can be better the next time around. Best of luck in your next venture Jonathan, it was a pleasure to chat with you.
