Effective Integrated Leadership Growth & Accountability: do they need each together or not?

Its 11 to the end of 2016. What were your most critical 2016 goals? Did you have a robust vision board? Did you get to track your wins and learns? Have your abilities grown? Did you do a social audit? Did you enroll into a character gym?

And to grow even deeper and with more breadth, do you have a Leadership Accountability Circle?

Do you need one to grow in an integrated manner?

Let's have a virtual conversation..

Which member of this LAC-10 is most critical for you to get closer to your goals?

Which member do you think will currently enable you become a better human being & a more positively impactful leader?

Or do you think one can grow in an integrated manner without accountability?

Share with me your thoughts.

Your voice counts & your growth matters.

May you have a Joyful Christmas & a Peaceful Focussed New 2017.

One will need at least 3. They will differ from person to person based on what and where one is in their career today? Most critical LAC-10 will be amongst : the Spiritual Director (Leader is what i would vouch for), Financial adviser and leadership sponsor Which member do you think will currently enable you become a better human being & a more positively impactful leader? Leadership sponsor It is possible to grow in an integrated manner without accountability albeit not in the long run

Thank you for sharing this great piece. Accountability enhances sustained, focused, purposeful leadership growth and I believe they do need one another.
